Once the application is successfully installed - the user will be redirected to the application in the BigCommerce admin panel
The Price Match application supports multi-storefront stores (only BigCommerce storefronts are supported at the moment)
The application requires some initial configurations before it can be enabled and become available on the storefront
To enable the Price Match application it is required to open the “Configuration” tab and apply all required configurations
At the top of the “Configuration” tab is located the “Application status” block containing notifications about all required configurations that should be provided before the application can be enabled. Round buttons that allow the user to enable an application are disabled until all required configurations will be applied
“Sales emails" are email addresses of sales managers that will be used as recipients of the Price Match application emails (sent by the application after the storefront form submission)
It is possible to enter multiple email addresses as a comma-separated list (spaces are not allowed)
Press the “Apply changes” button when the required values are entered
For security measures and convenience it is recommended to create a new Google Account that will be used only for the Price Match application. If you decide to use an existing Google Account - you should apply the configuration described below to the existing Google Account

“Application email” is an email address that will be used by the Price Match application in order to send emails generated after successful storefront form submission. Email address and generated application password related to Google Account configured at the previous step must be used here. For more details check video guide above

“Widget placement” configuration determines where the Price Match widget will be located on the product pages. By default - there are two regions on product pages in the cornerstone theme where widgets can be located. All product pages regions starting from the “product_“ prefix will be listed in this section

“Widget visibility by category” configuration determines which category product pages the widget will be visible on
Press the “Apply changes” button when the required categories selected
Radio-buttons in the “App Status” section will become active when previous configuration steps are completed
Select the “Enabled” radio-button

PDP Link text - corresponds to the link title displaying on site
Widget Title - corresponds to the title text of the Price Match modal window on site
Addition title legend - the initial value is an empty string. After entering data into the form, a separator will be displayed between the entered information about another store and the user's data.
Submit buttons text - corresponds to the title of submit button in Price Match modal window on site
Success message text - corresponds to a successful message in the Price Match modal window on the site after submitting the form.

In the widget styling section, you can adjust different parameters like background colours, font styles of different parts etc.
Once all previous steps are completed and the application is enabled - the application widget will appear on the storefront
The "Found at a lower price?" modal window will open on click at the widget link if all required product options are selected
If an application is disabled from the admin panel or there are some issues with configuration - the widget will be hidden on the storefront to prevent a bad user experience
The Price Match widget inherits theme styling configurations applied via BigCommerce page builder (font-family, font-size, color, etc.)
The "Found at a lower price?" modal window appears on the product page when the customer clicks on the Price Match widget link (if all required product options are selected)
If an application is disabled from the admin panel or there are some issues with configuration - the app modal will not be available on the storefront to prevent a bad user experience
The "Found at a lower price?" modal window inherits all theme styling configurations applied via BigCommerce page builder (font-family, font-size, color, etc.)
The Price Match email template is used to generate an email that will be sent to sales emails configured in the admin panel when the customer fills in and submits a form in the "Found at a lower price?" modal window
In the history tab provided a list of all messages sent by the Price Match application for the selected channel
It is possible to sort records in list and search records by different parameters. The “Clear history” button will remove all history records related to the current channel
If some errors occur on the storefront - the store administrator should open the Price Match application in the BigCommerce admin panel and check the “Application notifications” section (in the ”Overview” tab)
If some errors or warnings are listed there - the user should check notifications messages and perform recommended steps that will be described for each notification
In case there still are some issues even if the “Application notifications” block doesn’t show any errors or warnings it is recommended to check the “FAQ” section (”Overview” tab)
